Dear Sir,
I have purchsed a Nokia C-3 on 10.10.2010 from Sanyo Electronics, Aligarh (IMEI : 351984040824732).
Just 3 days after purchasing it is not working properly. I have visited several times to the seller who always direct me to Nokia Care Centre, Centre Piont, Aligarh. But I am also in problem like anything, because the Care Centre people did not fulfill the needfulness.
I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and suggest me what should I do now?
Further, I would like to inform you that a large number of customers are compaining of the same type of complaints as myself and in this way reputation of your company declining.
