We are having worst experience from your kathriguppe branch. Some bunch of irresponisible people are operating there. Myself (Puneeth) purchased a 28" onida Tru slim TV and my friend (Manjunath) purchased a Onida 3000W Home theatre on Saturday (16-10-10) and till now i.e 7.45 PM 20-10-10 the materials are not arrived and the persons over there are giving irresponisible answers.
Do theyu need 3 days to deliver a TV from Kathriguppe to Electronic City.
This is reaaly horrible. And worsening the case is the poor response we are getting from the people over there.
They are giving the numbers of van drivers saying they are carrying the materials, but when we call them they say they are not carrying any of our materials. A despatch van is in Electronic city but it doesnt have the materials.
Do they have any responsibilities.
Today morning (18-10-100 we had called your people there and told them that we will send our own vehicle and get it collected for that they told no need to send the vehicle as the materials are already taken and will be delivered within 2 PM. Now its 7.45P.M
I dont know what these people are doing.
Dont they have any responsibilities and time sense.
