DIET Dewas has purchased 15 okaya batteries for a 5 kv ups in feb from gentle enterprises 10-11 mansarovar complex hoshangabad road bhopal through LUN. the batteries are not giving backup for proper time. we are complaining to the firm regularly, but there is no respone.please do the needful otherwise we have to go to the consumer foroum.
