My laptop model number is AE1V2353-I and serial number is 6111AE876243. My laptop was not powering on. It was in warranty period and warranty serial number is 711B0102582394 so I register my complaint at HCL customer care number 18601800425 on 8th December and on the same day I submitted my laptop at the Fourtech Computer (Authorized service centre for HCL laptops), Shivaji Nagar, Pune. Today is 1st January and still I did not get my laptop back. Its almost 24 days when I submitted my laptop.
I have sent them many emails and many calls asking them to repair my laptop or issue me a new laptop as my work is impacted due to laptop unavailability. But neither I am getting any response from their side nor my laptop.
As I am a IT professional, this is impacting my professional and personal life, which is very frustrating for me. I need your assistance and appropriate compensation in this case.
