Hi Sir/Madam,
I brought a new Lenovo laptop on Nov not even two months old.
After using couple of days, I found that the laptop having heating problem and getting shutdown.
I had given the laptop in Lenovo Authorized service center for servicing on 1st of December.
They assured me that they will fix the problem and return to me within 2 weeks.
But when I called the servicing center on 17th of Dec they told me that, they have not yet received the part, and it will take 7th of Jan to deliver the same.
When called to the Lenovo servicing center today, they told me that the part still not received by the team.
When I called to the customer care, the people keep my call on hold and giving me wrong assurance and wrong phone number to contact the branch manager head.
It’s really irritating me, because the company playing with customer just for fun.
Sir/Madam, I request you please help me because I am really frustrated with the Lenovo service.
