Dear sir,
On 28/06/10 a representative from Airtel Bharti had come and visited my place for installing 2 broadband connections and 1 IPTV connection. he took 3 Cheques from me worth Rs 1000, Rs 1500 and Rs 1750 respectively and promised me that the connection will be installed by 5/07/10.
But no response came from that person till 7/07/10. Then 1 day i called him up and what he told me was that he's lost all the cheques and the documents. I was shocked by this statement because anyone can use my voter id in any wrong manner.
Then finally losing all my hopes i called the customer care company and what they told me was that i will receive Rs 300 from that representative for the stop payment of those cheques by 15/07/10 but till today i.e 29/07/10 I've not received any amount or any phone call from that person. My customer enrollment form number is 2258015. And the name of that representative is Ratnesh whose number is 9910716425.
Sir i would request you to please take any steps further, I've tried whatever was in my hand and writing to you is my last hope. Kindly do take some serious action so that more people don't have to suffer like this in future.
