Customer care person is not answering for the calls made

Hi,

I have recently purchased HP Pavilion desktop from HP center. Now I have problem in licenced windows - 7 - Home Basic. I am calling call center 1800... number everyday. The call reaches to customer care personal later they will tell me they will tell me pls hold and after few minutes the call is getting disconnected. HP is not able to provide technical support to there customer. The customer care employees not job commited
