Misprint on laflets causes loss of 12000

I am a dealer of a Computer store called Digiwiz in Mapusa goa, I deal with all brands of computers and laptops. Of which I am totally disappointed with Lenovo. Reason being I am in a loss of Rs.1- for one misprint in the leaflets.

In January, A Customer wished to purchase a laptop from with the fingerprint integrated feature, so I suggested him the Lenovo 3000 N100 (076884Q) laptop. Having purchased it from the distributor and while giving it to the customer I was shocked to discover that it did not have the said feature. So I had to refund the customer his money. But the distributor did not take it back. The approach of Mr. Gaurav (Area Manager, Maharashtra&Goa) was totally unprofessional and was of no help at all. Actually he did not do the least bit to even help me out. as he has still not given me extended warranty on a system I had purchased ;the warranty expiring in September.

And ever since I am stuck with the laptop and the value has depreciated. And the processor outdated. With no help whatsoever on your side I decided to try and sell the laptop, but I did not get any buyers for a core solo.

With such disastrous and horrible experiences with Lenovo I do not see as to why I should ever deal with Lenovo.

Kindly help me out in both these matters.
