Dear Sir,
I am Consumer of Bharat Gas Domestic Services bearing No.31548, getting services from Gulab Gas Agency, Gandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur.
It has been observed that even after booking cylinder we do not get our cylinders before 30-45 days and cylinders delivered are of less weight than actual. This problem has arrived from last 2 years since the time of compulsory transferring the Agency. We were not having problems like this with our old Dealer- Ambica Gas Agency, Dher-Ke-Balaji, Jaipur.
We had informed 3-4 times to the staff by personal visits, they note down our consumer no. but they don't implement on that. I feel they are making fool of us by taking down our nos. & other details. We have not seen the owner of Gulab Gas Agency in office or even the staff is not allowing us to meet the authorised person for complaint. Staff response is very bad and all the time atleast 3-4 consumers are found complaining for one or the other problems.
I don't understand in this time of consumer oriented services, what your staff wants from their consumers/customers.
Including me & 4-5 consumers whom I know personally are ready to change the Domestic Gas to HP or Indane because we are not getting good response from your Agency Staff.
&&One thing I would like to ask - When Govt. has issued order for booking for next cylinder after 21 days of delivery of cylinder. Why we cannot issue another order stating the Agency staff to deliver the cylinder within a weeks time after booking the cylinder and penalise the staff or the dealer if not delivered on time.&&
Please suggest what we should do. Awaiting your positive action in reply.
