Delivery Delay

Sir,

I had booked the refilling on 17/04/08 around 9.15am. They had informed us they will be delivering the cylinder after ten days.

but is surprissing to note that, till I had not served the cylinder while en quiring regarding the status at office they had informed that it had given to delivery to auto where I had en quired with the auto that they are telling that they had received the bill but they don't have any cylinder to delivery

kindly let us know when i may get my cylinder as I am using only one cylinder I am consuming for three months.
