Coconut trees - real damage to my glasses
Property damage due to coconut tree

I am living at chinchwad pune in rental flat at 3rd floor.

My neighbour have good gardening but they ahve many coconut trees. The leaves of coconut trees are very larg and come in my kitchen. Because of these leaves my kitchen window glasses were broken. I had requsted neighbour to cut the leaves and pay my damage. but he refuse to cut the leaves and also ignore my glass damage.

Whata should i do now
