Coconut tree in a very congested residence place

This is very general complaints, but i have full hope that it will sought out soon, this is related to a coconut tree in a very congested residential area. My mom and my sister staying at koregaon park darode mala area and just next to our house there is a coconut tree grown in a very wrong way, where our house is completely captured by its roots and and coconuts fall off just in our entrance, recently my mother was hurted with by coconut fall, she is a heart and diabetic patient, i would like u'll take take proper acti0n on the owner of the tree and some solution for that tree. I anxiously waiting for ur prompt reply on my email id.
