Refund

Sir,

I had booked one flat from LordLord Krishna builders, Nedumbaseery. At the booking time they offered a big garden infront of the building, advance refund etc. So as a good faith I had given to them Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 as advance on 03-05. Threy told me that after one month I have to sign the agreement with them. When I throughly gone through the documents there is no garden and no yard at all. Infront of the building they are started to construct new building. They are is narrow space between all the buildings. So I disagreed to sign on the documents. I requested to refund the money. They promised that they will refund it soon. But not yet they refunded the money. How I can refund the money.
