LPG Cylinder booked for home delevery on dt.13.07.2011 in the name of S.Venkata Ramana, Address ; Pranami Mandir back side, Kotra Road, Raigarh (C.G) aganist the consumer No. 22571 which was to delever to my house with 21 days from the date of booking but till date I did not get LPG gas cylinder in spite of the regular persuations on your booking office telephone no. 07762223051. It is paining to mention here that the Agency for providing the LPG gas to the people of the Raigarh is not maintaining the norms of the supplying the home delevery cooking gas within stipulated time. Without cooking gas our family including small children are suffering for timely break fast, Lunch & Dinner being School going children. Request to look into this matter of mine & make necessary arrangments for supplying the LPG filled gas cylinder to my home on urgent basis to aviod further delay & complications.
