My Power consume Unit is 52, But Average Bill Dec- Month-200Unit, Next Month-400 Unit, This Problem Complaint SDO, . SDO say's Meter is low, Now meter is Change and Bill-400 Unit is paid, and meter changing chage is also paid.

So., I request please meter is change.
