EB meter problem

Dear Sir

We having an continuous issue in meter, 4 months before only we changed the meter now it is got repaired second time. We checked with EB office, they told us to pay & register for new meter. I don’t know, why this happening repeatedly?

Only two peoples are living in that home and we are not consuming max voltage. In our area, most of them having the same issue. Kindly support me in this case; it is very difficult for me to bare this amount.
