Eureka forbes (Wet and Dry vaccum cleaner)
Poor service and product

Hi

i've purchased on Wet and Dry vaccum cleaner on Dec. The product got the motor problem and some body came and changed the motor by Feb month. After 3 weeks of changing the motor, the same problem came back. Now in eureka forbes they are asking to pay the money and get service even though it is in Warranty period. Customer care person "Noorjahan" talking very rude and service person "Babu" not at all picking the call. Its very annoying and also irresponsible company. i wont suggest any Aquaguard product to anyone.
