Setup box not workng

Hi

i m manmohan working in BSNL at Amritsar. I have three fastway cable connection working at my home .for

few days back i m facing problem with service . you have provided me 3 setup box for the above 3 connection

BUT none of box working, for what reason i dont know???

but this is also about your workers who provide the service along with technical staff.. no one is taking careoff

regarding problem... they r just talking but doing nothing ..
