New PNG gas connection

Hi,

We had applied for PNG gas connection through the camp setup in May in Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad. Unfortunately, we dont have the receipt copy. The connection is in the name of "Jagdish Prasad Jain" and the address is -

Ram Enclave,

Surya Nagar,

Ghaziabad

We stay on the second floor, and the family on the first floor has got their connection. The people who came for pipeline fitting said that they dont have a copy of our application. I checked my bank accounts and found that the following two cheques have been cleared -

28Jun10 Check No.292062 paid TO INDRAPRASTHA GAS LTD, IDBI BANK 5000.00
