Non delivery of the consignment

Sir,

I have booked a consignment @ Kalpakkam courier office (ph;044-27481387) on 1st march, to Alangulam taulk, Tirunelveli Dist.with clear address and receipiant's phone number. To my utter dismay the consingment was not delivered yet. On booking, the clerk told the item will reach next day. From 3rd march onwards Iam chasing them to get my job done, but in vain. They behave irresponsibly. They are very much lethargic. Not at all professionals.

Even after six days the consignment not reaching the point clearly shows your callous attitude only. Pl. clarify the following doubts?

## Have I chossen the wrong agency to send my parcel?

## Could you be able to compensate my mental agony?

## Shall I move to the consumer redressal forum to sue your office?
