Dear Sir, We bought, Hindustan Uniliver Water Purifier from Tirur Town, Malappuram Dt, Kerala. Buying time the seller didn't give us bill. When we ask, they told it will come by post. More than oyear is over not only we receive the bill but also now last six months it is leaking. Secondly, on the product price has been mentioned Rs1800, but the trader took without bill Rs 2000.
When we contacted the seller later, they told, they are not responsible to it, call customer service.
Still we did not receive the bill as well as now the product is useless with us.
