ZWe use HINDWARE closet in our house and we purchase it about 1 year ago. But the problem is since 3 to 4 months the FLUSH TANK is continuously leaking, water wastage and not able to use the toilet due to the same complaint. Our local plumbers could not correct the probelm and they said only the company hindware can correct it. We tried reaching HINDWARE CHENNAI BOARD NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE YET FROM HINDWARE. WE REACHED THE DEALER FROM WHOM WE PURCHASE THE CLOSET AND HE HAS ALSO NOT HELPED US YET.NET RESULT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THE TOILET/HINDWARE FLUSH TANK FOR WHICH WE HAD SPENT ABOUT 12000 RS.
I HAVE REGISTERED AT HINDWARE WEBSITE TWICE FOR SERVICE REQUEST AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED!
THIS REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND MY RECOMMENDATION FOR ALL FELLOW COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND READERS OF THIS POST TO "NEVER EVER TRUST OR BUY HINDWARE ANYMORE"
