Not delivering Cylinder-asking to collect from godown

My Consumer Number 623866 by name of Maulin Shah, Iam facing the same problem of delivery of gas cylinder. My dealer name is Kankaria Gas agency, SAi chowk, sanghvi, Pune. They are asking customer to collect from godown by saying nobody was at home.
