Lake city mall
No proper listening

I have a shop in lake city mall.,

in our agrement it was written AC is common in our mall shops

now after 3 years the mall management and the builder are not starting the AC and recently i have learned that they are removing the AC plants and tell all shops to make their own AC fittings, but during the construcion period he took money for AC fittings now he is now going on his words and what written in the agreement, nor are the escalators working nor tha mall is now kept for shopping porpouse, what shall i do for this

he took money for AC fittings and now no AC nothing

nor he is letting the mall to open for shopping mall, he is converting whole mall in offices, what shall i do to get my money which i paid for the AC and escalators fittings, as he has not offered me those in the mall, . what shall i do can u help me.
