Indane
Efill request not delivered

I had appied for a refill of my cylinder on the Indane IVR NO. 9911554411, my booking agaency is kitchenaids their contact no 011-41530984 on the 30th october my connection No. is 24867, the booking was accepted but till date the cylinder has not been delivered.

it is becoming a routine feature of the agency, kindly help in getting the cylinder delivered and what is the process for escalating the complaint, it is becoming a headache on a repetitive basis

an early action shall be highly appreciated
