Extra-ordinary delay in supply

Dear Sir,

I booked for one Indane gas Cylinderas refil booking for domestic use, over phone-booking on 10/12 vide booking no.279838, against which cash memo no 11772 has been generated on 27/12 as informed by message to my phone no.9831709164. But astonishingly the refilled cylinder has not been supplied till this date of 04/01. Please do the need full for immediate supply of the same where no satisfactory reason of such delay could have been explained by the Distributor NILSIKHA, rather they do not pay any heed to my complain. An early action is highly solicited.
