Paying full for poor service

PAYING FULL FOR POOR SERVICE: BHARAT GAS

I faced a pathetic response from Adlakha Gas Agency Sec. 9 Faridabad (Haryana) (tel no: 91 0129 2286852, 9911030041) very recently when we tried to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line & mobile is busy or nobody will bother to pickup the same. We tried for 3-4 days. Finally we had to personally go to the agency shop and make the booking. Inspite of assurance by the concerned person for delivery within 2-3 days, there was no delivery made. Again tried to call on the nos. and still unable to talk to anybody as nobody was picking up the nos. After waiting for 7-8 days had to again go to the agency shop and requested for urgent delivery as there was no gas left for cooking in the house. In fact if we hadn't follow up, they wouldn't had bothered to deliver at all. Still it took 4-5 days after that to finally get a gas cylinder. I just want to ask Bharat Gas & there agencies / partners that is this for what we are paying to them. Before these things get out of control, Bharat Gas should ensure that their agencies should not take the customers for granted.
