It is a nightmare trying to reach the Pure It Customer care helpline to place orders for the battery kits or to make any complaints. They changed their numbers without intimating it to their customers. There is an inordinate delay in delivering the battery kit. And now, I am told that they have changed the model of the long life battery, and it can only be fixed with a washer, which, of course, the company has run out of stocks.
I just got off the phone after trying to reach their customer care helpline in vain for ages, only getting a recorded message and music in response.
How do I go ahead from here?
