I, UNNIKRISHNA PILLAI a smart customer of your company and was registered with an agency namely Quilon Gas Agency. It is highly pathetic of your company that most of the consumers registered with your company is suffering a lot by making delay in serving the gas cylindres for there needs. Rumours behind this problem is mainly the sale through the back doors of the agencies and its regular case which is hearing daily and many cases were reported to the police station also
More over my problem is that i booked for my cylindre on the last month of Nov 16th but till today they were not giving a possitive response to my approch. so please take an appropriate disission to my matter otherwise ill be constrained to move to the consumer court for my grevience
