Replacement of new tap

We installed new jaguar taps during renovation of our house. However, one tap which has been fixed in the kitchen has been leaking and we have been complaining for the past 10 months or so. Whenever the person from the company comes, he does something and the moment he leaves it is back to the same problem. So far we have not been able to use inspite of paying so much. The last time the person who came said that he would ask for replacement of tap, but so far nothing has been done. This is very unbecoming of a great company like jaguar which guarantees quality. This may be attended to urgently and a replacement given as it is much required tap in the kitchen
