AFTER SALES SERVICE IS "ZERO"

I have purchased Kent Grand MIneral RO Vid e Model Sr No KRO90253404 from M/s Global Enterprises Bhopal on dated 10/03 vide Invoice No 3083.

After sales service is very very poor. 11 months have been passed no quality check were done by company. While follow up & complaint to dealer for poor performance of matchine, he sent one technician after three months and asked for charges of Rs3000/- towards faulty parts, When we told about warranty he said that Warranty is only on papers company is not responsible for warranty.

While discussion with our neighbours who has purchased same matchine were stopped using the new matchin and now using other Brand.
