I have kent water purifier for the past 4 yrs.i have an annual maintanence cntract with kaypee service centre.i lodged a complaint on 20/5 my complaint no is 2051.it has not been catered to even today .it is 7/6.i spoke to the manager mr shailendra and he promised to send some 1 in 3 hrs but no1 has come.now he doesnot pick the phone.the service centr no. is 41436000.
