Dear Sir,
We are residing @ Virugambakkam and there is a neighbourhood house is located right behind of our backyard. They have a coconut tree in their land but bented towards to our area in a wrong way. As a result, all coconuts are falling into our area which is more of a human loss threat for us and also weaking our building. We are using backyard for washing clothes and vessels and it is indeed for us to go outside and access side way thru' backyard.
We have already told them for lot of times to remove the tree as it is more of human threat, but they didn't seem to be caring for human loss. Instead, they have been telling lot of unwanted reasons for nothing doing. So, I thought that I can take some legal actions against them. Please advice me in this regard to proceed further before something happens in horrible way, hence I have an aged parents in our house. I don't want anything happen to them and me as well.
