SERVICE ENGG NOT ATTEND COMPLAIN

I Have lodge the complain on 13th April through your authorised dealer Ajay Electronic Satna and They register the complain and inform us Service call regd. no 4132922.

I have also talk to Call centre, and according to them on 17th the service engineer may attened the complain. But Sorry to inform you No one is attending the complain.

NOW PLEASE TELL ME WHY PEOPLE WILL BUY THE LG PRODUCTS, WHERE WE PEOPLE DO NOT GET THE PROPER SERVICE FROM LG.

DO YOU THINK WE WILL GET PROPER SERVICE- IF SO PLEASE JUSTIFY.
