Refill Cyilender Issue - Consumer No 25116

Ear Sir/ Madam

I m a consumer of PL gas SERVICES AGENCY CODE - 99161876 Consumer no -25116, Address is LAKE PALLY, PO- BORAL, PS- SONARPUR KOLKATA - 700154.

I never get my gas refill on time. I booked for refill cylinder dated on 27/05 Bokking no is 384928 and status is still i am waiting for the same even after 23 days.

This is not a single time problem but regular problem we are facing from last so many years. I have made complaint also for the same last time but same problem we are facing again.

This is completely harassment for consumer and i would like to bring this in a limelight. Request you to please do proper investigation for the same. I am sure something is wrong going on there which is unethical practice.

When i am trying to call him but unfortunately he refuse to provide me proper solution for the same.
