Defualt in Water Purifier AMC

Dear Sir/madam,

Sub :- Non complied the AMC terms.

Ref :- AMC Receipt No.515 /13.02.2011 for period 13.02.11 to 12.02.12

Reference to above subject We had given the AMC of our water purifier for the period from 13.02.11 to 12.02.12 to your enterprises with supply of 02 filter carbon for Rs.1, 400/- vide cash Receipt No.515/13.02.12 and you have provide the filter & carbon also but these items is not as per water purifier standard and our purifier water quality make poor/ change as per TDS. Many times we have spoken to Mr. Biju chakraborty regarding this matter but nothing has been done.

We have carried out our kitchen rennovation during the month May.2011 and we have removed the filter from the place then we requested manytimes for the service to be provided during the due period but no results except assurance. As per AMC condition service due was on 13.06.2011 and after several calls from us they send the unqualified service person on 21.06.2011 without proper equipments and that person does not know anything about purifier and after he opened the purifier for servicing it is not working. Then we contacted at your office and told about the matter to Mr. & Miss also. But even after that there was no proper response from your side. At last we told your serviceman to leave his bag at our place and can take it back as soon as he get our

filter repaired or refund the payment whatever is paid against AMC and we given all his instruments which were lying in his bag. After waiting for two days we have taken service of our purifier from our local service man and Paid Rs.500/- for them.

This matter is related to public health/my family’s health side so you take the necessary action and refund my AMC amount otherwise we will take the above matter in Consumer Court. We are enclosing herewith your AMC & Receipt copy for your ready reference

Further defualter:-

As per telephonic discuss with Mr. Biju Chakraborty and decided to they return only of Rs.800/- to me and also agreed but after more than 20 days several time call to them nothing to do and every time said that he will be send person in one/two days but till date any one come.

They d’not want to take any action only harassment financially and mentally to the customers.
