I virendra yadav I bought a on line water purifier of your company on date 20/9/09.I accepted your annual maintenance contact on date 01/10/10 up to 31/09 and paid RS.1860 only receipt no.4169 date 01/10/10. My water purifier not working since 18/02.I am very sad about your company service franchises working Mr. R.P.Upadhay he was unable to attend about this problem since 19.30pm I am complaint to Mr. Nishant at DELHI then service engineer came and attended problem. I am very sad about this problem. I suggested pl improve your service network and custmer complaint.
