Aguaguard water purifier

I purchased aguaguard classic model water purifier in chennai tondiarpet EUREKA FORBES LTD bill no020475 Rs 7390./ on 13 .9 .2011.they sent thro courier service to my home at TUTICORIN. I recieved the product TUTICORIN but so far nobody has come to install the product.i gave several rings to tondiarpet chennai.there is no response so far shall i return the product to chennaior simply sleep with it in mybed.
