i placed an order on star cj for 91 pc dinner set[ Item code# 126873 Bhalaria 91 pc dinner set]. The order that I received at my end was 43 pc dinner set. The order number is 20121202040829. Even after my repeated calls on star cj helpline, neither was i provided any service request number, nor was i given any direction as to how should i proceed with my wrong order. My money is stuck and i Cannot even use my dinner set as its incomplete. They are not even refunding my money. Its such an unethical act on their part. I am now planning to move to court for this.
