At present my machine is under 3 (three) years maintenance contract. Contract Receipt is 1479 Dated-26/05. Complain has been lodged with Mr. Sudhir Kumar of Motihari, E.Champaran, Bihar, but again we've been left on the mercy of God. We contacted Mr Sudhir (Place-Motihari, E.Champaran, Bihar) at his number-7870907366, but in vain. We tried to contact your Patna office at numbers 0612-3269484, 3245736 but couldn't get any answer. When we contacted your Muzzafarpur office at 9304261233 he just gave us assurance but nothing has been done so far. Your Bettiah franchise person Mr. B.D.Singh (Mobile-09430571348) is asking for paid visit. Every time I have to make a lot of hue and cry to get your service for my water purifier. My earlier complains and e-mails are included with this mail. So I request you to help me and solve my problem.
