Sir,

I have recharged yesterday for Rs. 20/-. After I recharged I got msg my account balance is only Rs. 1/- My amount has been added to my special account. But this is of no use as I am unable to make calls or send messages. My Transaction Id is 315003412 recharged on 3/6 at 8.30 p.m (Recharge for Rs. 20/-)

Please do look into this matter as airtel now a days giving poor service to customers.
