Absusing language used

Dear Sir,

I had paid an amount of Rs1200 for landline no 01204129871 fo a verbal

commitment of activation of the same line within 24 hours. Further it was also

commited for a waver of outstanding amount. Moreover they told me when ever any

waver is required anybody can contact them on the same landline and they are

capable to do it only after 45 days.

I was told that the call was from Airtel corporate office Noida. It has been 15

days that no action has been traken. Further now when I am trying to discuss

the same on the landline from where I got the initial call the concerned girl

is absuing very badly and asking me to do what ever I can do. Now they are

disconnecting my call.
