My son has attended and Informatica Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the post of manager. After the telephonic interview he was called in Bangalore, for face to face interview for which they said that all the conveyance charges will be paid but it's been now 3 months and he has been calling Mr. Thangaraj (Hiring consultant) who assured him that all the payments will be done. As of now my son had been calling several times for reimbursement but now Thangaraj is not even picking up the call. Now after 3 months they are asking for the Boarding pass of the flight. If it was required then they should have asked upfront but it was not notified earlier but now they are asking for it and not paying the money.

Informatica (Bangalore) is involved with a few scams: Asking candidates for money and PF fraud. So I am not surprised that they did not refund your son's travel expenses.
They pocketed the money themselves.
The only way to get your money back is to file an FIR against Sanjeev Kumar.
I will also put this on CB.
