This is regarding a very bad and horrible customer service by the airtel outlet in frazer town.
When i went to pay bill, After waiting in a queue for half an hour, when i told my account number they said broadband payment is only by cash and not by card. They told me to go to nearby atm. when i went and brought they said, through account number i cannot pay bill.they need landline number to pay the bill whereas i told them i dont have any landline in my home.
very bad experience... and very bad customer service...
