I searched through the web to get a paint contractor and found this site based in cochin, So I agreed to get the quotation and proceed work for my new home. As I am working abroad my Dad was taking care of all the work of my new home and the paint contractor was just for labour, and we had purchased the materials.
He use to get the advance every week and took more money than the work he had completed and slowly took his tools and left the to the next site without compeleting the work. Now he does not pick the phone and give lame excuse saying no workers available etc and cheated us, taking more money for an uncompleted job, Now we cannot proceed with the next contractor and materials are also been kept for a few weeks now as he is not coming to close the bill, as per his quotation, because his advance taken is more than the work he had done.
