Service not in time

Hi we have connection of LPG and our distributer in ludhiana is deewan gass agency their service is so poor now online system is totally rabbish they booked our reffil same day and send sms on mobile but their workers are so bad they never recieve phone calls and delivery man always keep their phone switch off and i tried to call them morning to evening but after booking of 5days still no response and other thing they are not printing the issuedate of slip all people are not so educated in india they make them fool
