I am not satisfied your service

I (SARGUNAM) sent a courier for wedding services from tiruvarur to trichy on the date of 22.06.2010. But the courier did not deliver to receiptant (SHANMUGANANTHAM), i enquired to trichy branch office but they were replied improperly harshousword. He told, " Your courier did not send to that address, we send back to the tiruvarur branch, you collect from there" harshly. Please take immediate action.
