This is a complaint against Sycorian Matrimonial Services in Delhi. They charged me 55k promising that the membership is valid for life. Shortly after, I found someone on my own, and was thinking of getting engaged to that person. However, things didn't materialize further. So I asked them to resume my search. I was totally shocked when they said that my membership is no longer valid even though I didn't even get engaged.
During registration, they were saying that the membership is valid for life and they will help me in my search until I get married. Even their website FAQs mentions this. However, that is clearly not the case.
I had a talk with someone called Anu in their management. She didn't care about what was promised, but kept on insisting that they have closed the case and can't be reopened. In fact, they asked me to pay more money to become a member AGAIN!!!
In the brief period, they didn't even show me any quality profile. Instead, they just care about cheating innocent people into expensive packages. They promise the world, but don't deliver on anything.
