Friday 4 th feb.
I came to your Gym today at 4.15pm, as i was was walking towards the entrance of the gym i was shocked to see all motorcycles parked along the way which were blocking the entrance path to your gym.
As i came in to the spa area, once again there was a group of employees from the salon hanging out in the gym members spa area.
On top of that the Steam room in the spa was in a filthy condition and it smelled terrible, there was no water in the shower for over 10 mins.
I had to personally tell your employees to start cleaning the spa area.
Your gym manager arun was no where to be found.
You (sushil atri) finally managed to turn up at 5'30 pm where i told you that same old problems were repeating due to lack of proper Management.
You proceeded to inform me that the salon employees use the same facilities as paying members & that if i did not like that i should not come back.
fair enough, it is obvious that i will not be returning to ur gym. but i wish you had been more honest. Even in your last email to me you lied and told me you would rectify this problem of the salon employees & make sure that the spa and gym area is kept neat & clean, which clearly is NOT the case.
In your advertisement / phamlet where you have written health club/ spa
you should also clearly mention that the spa is also the entire employees toilet and meeting room as well.
Lastly sushil, plz remember What you have on your hands is a HEALTH HAZARD NOT A HEALTH CLUB.
Im also really shocked that the government of delhi is not monitoring these private health clubs to see whether the services being advertised are genuine or bogus (which happens to in most cases). which dept. is clearly responsible in the delhi government to monitor these business
