REFUND OF FEES

Sir,

I have paid 2 years fees to BRILLIANT TUTORIAL PVT. LTD. and my 1 year will be completed on 26th march.

I want to refund my left 1 year fees from the institute which they had refused. So please guide me how to take refund of 1 year fees.
